Hey there, I'm Chelly (pronounced Shay), your go-to real estate professional here in the Prescott, AZ area!

Having been a licensed agent in Arizona since 2005, I've dedicated over a decade to serving clients like you. My journey in real estate has been diverse, spanning coaching, sales, and management roles. Whether it's helping clients with the resale of homes and land or representing builders, I've tackled every challenge with passion and expertise.

As the COO of our team, my mission is clear: to ensure our agents thrive while providing our clients with an unmatched experience. I believe in proactive service, anticipating and addressing real estate challenges before they even arise, ensuring your transaction is as smooth as can be.

But my commitment doesn't stop there. I'm deeply involved in our community as a fifth generation member of my family in the area. I am active in charitable organizations in our community, volunteering and fundraising with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Prescott Creeks and Prevent Child Abuse Arizona. I'm dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our community children through supporting my daughter's current and previous schools.

Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying an active Prescott lifestyle with my family. Our community affords so many opportunities to hike and bike, paddle around a local lake or explore our beautiful downtown. Weather we're playing sports, exploring the hundreds of miles of beautiful trails of Prescott, or camping regionally under the stars, we're always making the most of this beautiful place we call HOME!
